Sail from Papeete into the Tahitian Archipelago with 200 passengers all year round.    There are 16 voyaged during 2009 and 17 in 2010.

Your ship carries food/fuel/trucks etc to the islands that do not have a airport.  Book early as it is very popular.

Duration is 14 days  and you will visit  Kakarava, Ua Pou, Nuku Hiva, Hiva Oa, Fatu Hiva, Tahuatu, Ua Huka, Rangiroa Atoll and then sail back into Papeete.

There is no age limit (as there is a doctor on board)but you have to be able to get in and out of lifeboats as this may be the only means of transporation to a beach or wharf.

The Aranui III has a outdoor pool,lounge where lectures are given as part of your cruise and your passage fare includes  shore excursions,meals and wine/port taxes.   If you do not wish to join a shore excursions, then just sit on the beach and read a book.

All cabins/suites have portholes/private facilities and there is also dormitory with bunk accommodation.
